We’re seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Customer Service Associate to support daily operations at our Emporium in Castaic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a retail environment, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to work each day.
Position Details
Schedule: 3–4 days per week
Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (4 hours per day)
Location: Castaic, CA 91384
Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Requirement: Must be able to pass a background check
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused
Dependable and consistent with attendance
Comfortable working in a retail setting
Willing to learn and take initiative
A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
Operating the register and processing payments (cash, checks, credit cards)
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting customers with uniforms and general merchandise
Processing transactions using a POS system
Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
Maintaining a clean, organized retail space
Supporting inventory, merchandising, and store promotions as needed
The role also requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with assistance available for heavier items.
