We are
currently seeking experienced Housing
Administrator to provide support at
Bethanie Support Services Office. The role
provides administrative support to the CEO BHL, General Manager
BHL, Senior Housing Managers and broader Housing Leadership Team
while contributing to continuous improvement across Bethanie
Housing.
This role
is offered on a Part-time Basis, covering 22.8 hours
per week (3 days a week, open to discussing
availability)
The
Role
- Coordinate and
maintain tenancy administration processes throughout the
tenancy lifecycle, ensuring records and documentation are
accurate, compliant and up to date.
- Support housing
applications, rent assessments and reviews, tenancy
correspondence, tenant enquiries and day-to-day tenancy
management activities.
- Assist
with property and asset administration, including maintenance
requests, contractor coordination, work order management and
asset records.
- Provide administrative
support across procurement, invoicing, reporting, document
control and operational processes.
- Develop positive
relationships with tenants, contractors and internal
stakeholders while supporting tenant wellbeing and community
engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to
continuous improvement, workplace health and safety, and
compliance with organisational policies and legislative
requirements.

About
You
- Certificate III or
higher in Community Housing, Business Administration or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in
administration, housing, property, customer service or
community services environments.
- Strong
Microsoft 365 and administrative skills, with the ability to
manage records, documentation and financial processes
accurately.
- Excellent
communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- An
understanding of tenancy management principles and experience
working with diverse or vulnerable customers is highly
regarded.
- A
positive, adaptable and collaborative team player who enjoys
supporting others, building strong relationships and
contributing to continuous improvement.
