We're seeking an experienced Operational Support Manager
- Retirement Living to provide leadership and operational
support across our Retirement Living portfolio. Working closely
with Village Managers, residents and key stakeholders, you'll help
drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, compliance,
and exceptional resident experiences across multiple
communities.
- Reporting to the GM Community Living and Care
- 12 month fixed-term contract position working Monday to
Friday, based at our West Perth office
- This role covers a region from Yanchep to Bunbury so
regular travel is required and a vehicle allowance is
provided
- Flexible working arrangements, including working from
home
- We attend the office (or site) a minimum of three days per
week
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Village Managers to support day-to-day
operations and service excellence across our villages.
- Driving consistency, governance, compliance and continuous
improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Monitoring operational and financial performance and
identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Leading projects, change initiatives and business
improvement activities.
- Providing coaching, guidance and support to Village
Managers, including operational relief coverage when
required.
About you
You're a collaborative and people-focused leader with experience
managing operations across multi-site or complex service
environments. You enjoy building strong relationships, solving
problems, and supporting teams to achieve great outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Leadership experience within Retirement Living, aged care,
community services, property or a similar customer-focused
environment.
- Strong operational management and continuous improvement
experience.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance and risk management
practices.
- Financial management and business planning capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
skills.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
between Bethanie communities as required.
