The role

This role provides high-quality and timely support to the Asia Pacific regional People team. The Regional PPC Coordinator/ Administrator is a strong collaborative team-player that leverages extensive support and administrative experience, knowledge & tools to provide efficient organisational support for people matters, learning and development events/projects, and reporting.

Deliverables and accountabilities

Coordination & administrative support: Provide coordination and administrative support for regional People team initiatives, projects, and programs.

Tracking & reporting: Contribute to accurate and timely tracking, monitoring, and reporting as required.

Learning & development: Assist in the administration of learning and development initiatives, leadership programs, and employee engagement activities.

Projects: Support projects that enable the ASPAC People team to continue delivering outstanding learning and engagement opportunities.

Regional People agenda: Contribute to the broader regional People agenda as appropriate, helping to deliver a seamless and consistent people experience.

Operations support: Support PPC leadership with management reporting and related operational activities.

Continuous improvement: Review and monitor People operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.

Additional priorities: Support additional People team priorities and projects as assigned.
Provide coordination and administrative support for Heads of people (HOP) and Heads of learning (HOL) calls, including scheduling, communications, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
