Salary: $70,000 - $72,000 Annually

The Prospect Park YMCA is seeking a Director, Sports & Healthy Lifestyles, who will be responsible for providing leadership to the Healthy Lifestyles and Youth Sports departments to deliver consistent, quality healthy lifestyles programming to meet the needs of members and the community.
They will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, volunteer/committee development, HR and facility management. They will implement the YMCA mission, vision and values in the areas of staffing, volunteers and member retention.
