·Ensure growth in membership sales and recruitment
·Responsible for budgeting, expense control, & income generation for the branch.
·Oversight of all program areas within the branch.
·Constant communication and work with the Association Directors to create innovative strategy.
·Recruit, develop and lead volunteers and staff in raising the goal amount of the Annual Campaign
·Recruit, develop and lead the board of advisors.
·Recruits develops and leads program and membership staff.
·Consistently communicate with property managers regarding cleanliness and safety of facility.
·Facilitate communication between all departments so members are aware of all programs & opportunities available to them.
·Work closely with VP of Talent and Culture to ensure programs and facilities are run in a safe manner.
·Work closely with the COO to ensure proper marketing strategy is followed.
·Coordinate scheduling so the facility operates seamlessly.
·Assist with annual promotion plan for all programs including flyers, brochures, website, newsletter, news releases, advertisements, etc.
·Accurate and timely with all assignments, deadlines, etc.
