· Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion.
· Collaborate to market events and programs by producing flyers, managing social media, and utilizing additional promotional strategies
· Collaborate and oversee social media and other channels to promote events and engage with attendees
· Sponsor identification and solicitation.
· Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
· Collaborate with program director to promote and support YMCA programs and services.
· Develop relationships with key vendors for designated events.
· Set standards for these events. (invitations, timelines, quality, thank you’ s, volunteer participation and training, budget).
· Produce regular communications to members and prospective members via flyers, the YMCA website, mailings, and social media outlets.
· Work with staff to promote YMCA programs ensuring consistent, timely, and effective communication efforts.
· Assume all other responsibilities as deemed necessary or assigned.
