WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: You’ll provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership (3 Vice Presidents) within Humanitarian Services (HS) Digital Product Management and Disaster Cycle Services. In addition to the day-to-day executive admin support, you'll manage a range of business operations activities such as meeting and event planning; team engagement and recognition; and HR and finance administration. Demonstrating these professional qualities will make you successful in this role:

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD:
- Manage calendars, travel, expense, and procurement for 3 Vice Presidents
- Event and meeting planning and delivery for leadership meetings, large workforce conferences, teambuilding events; and interactive workshops. Both in-person, virtual, and hybrid.
- Manage and track business operations and administrative activities such performance management, learning and development plans, recruiting and onboarding checklists, internal documentation and intranet content administration, etc.
- Preparing internal communication content for executive and workforce presentations
- Develop and maintain internal administrative documentation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, operations, communications or related areas.
- Experience - Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
- Required:
- -At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant providing administrative support to a Vice President or similar level.
- -Demonstrated proficiency with event and meeting planning and delivery
- -Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook / Exchange, MS Teams, Sharepoint, and in-room audio visual technology and equipment for meetings
- -Demonstrated proficiency with business writing for executive presentations and internal documentation
- -Demonstrated proficiency with organizing, managing, and tracking work tasks
