The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking an Institutional Giving Development Specialist to support the Institutional Giving team in raising more than $3.5 million annually across restricted, unrestricted, and capital campaign revenue streams.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Institutional Giving, the Institutional Giving Development Specialist will manage a portfolio of 40+ corporate and foundation accounts, working to maximize fundraising and deepen our partners’ involvement with the Y. The Institutional Giving Development Specialist will be an excellent multi-tasker, contributing to the Fund Development team’s annual fundraising goals and expanding the Y’s corporate and foundation donors’ pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a proactive frontline fundraiser with knowledge of the fundamentals of prospect moves management and portfolio management. They will also serve as a compelling advocate for the Y’s mission and community programs.
