POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Integrated Education Program Director (IEPD), at Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center (SLYOC), oversees the development, operations and management of our existing school relationships. This includes collaborating with our school partners for overnight camps, day camps, programs within school buildings and designing practices, processes, and procedures for strong program and project management.
Note: This position is required to live onsite at Sherman Lake YMCA, be easily and readily accessible for problem solving and able to respond, as necessary, when groups are onsite for our Integrated Education programs. This may occur for both day and overnight groups.
