The Vice President for Social Impact provides strategic leadership and supervision for all Social Responsibility programs and initiatives for the Olympic Peninsula YMCA. The Vice President for Social Impact is responsible for staff training and development, as well as community relationships and strategic alliances, related to Social Responsibility programs and services. The Vice President for Social Impact is responsible for developing, leading, delivering, and administering a varied, outcome-based portfolio of Social Responsibility programs and services across the Olympic Peninsula YMCA's 3 Branches, including but not limited to:
· Advocacy and Civic Engagement
· Barrier Removal (Including Recompete - https://www.eda.gov/funding/programs/recompete-pilot-program)
· BIPOC Family Programs
· Building Futures (Mentoring) Program
· Children’s Advocacy Center
· County and Peninsula-wide Social Service Convenings
· Family Resource Center(s) Development
· Food Security
· Resilience Project (Handle with Care, Collaborative Learning Academies)
· Youth & Family Resource Navigation (branch-based, school-based, and/or community-based)
