The Ridgewood YMCA is seeking a Building Engineer who will provide leadership to the overall management and maintenance of the Ridgewood YMCA buildings and property, including off-sites. They will maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the facility to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment. The Building Engineer will ensure that the building has required operating certificates, and that required recordkeeping is maintained. They will assist in preparing payroll, purchase orders, invoicing, receiving, and procurement of building supplies and materials. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and City property regulations.
