What You Need to Know:
Provide general administrative support to a department, group or program. Compile basic information for inclusion in reports or presentations. Perform routine clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintain records in compliance with ARC's record retention policy, prepare forms, verify information and resolve routine problems. May have principal duties to answer telephone calls and reception. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for preparing records for archival
- Handling calendar and meetings
- Participate in the employee activity committee
- Participate in Diversity and inclusion committee
- Get internal dashboards up to date
- Get familiar with our travel system to assist with travel arrangements. Work with supply management group and contracting as needed.
- Work with our Supply Chain groups
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: High School or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience requirements.
- Skills & Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of personal computer use, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of basic office equipment. Standard typing skills required. Ability to work on a team.
