Administrators can often be key employees in charities and non-profits. They may have generalist roles, looking after elements of finance, communications and organization as needed.

Responsibilities;

Â·Recruiting, training and managing employees and volunteers.

Â·Financial/accounts administration.

Â·Handling correspondence.

Â·Organizing meetings and producing agendas and minutes.

Â·Answering telephone calls.

Â·Contacting potential donors.

Â·Organizing social media and other publicity work.

Â·Helping to manage IT systems.
