About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Office Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted source of information for our transformation initiatives, providing accurate and timely insights to support confident decision-making at all levels of the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are aligned with our strategic goals, stakeholders are engaged, and our efforts are optimised for success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's transformation activities and their impact.
Create and maintain a centralised and transparent view of all initiatives.
Provide Senior leadership with the right information, at the right time, to make informed decisions.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consistent, reliable, and actionable information.
Track and report on resources and budgets to ensure they are optimised.
Enhance portfolio management practices and promote innovation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in project portfolio analysis, particularly within transformation initiatives.
The ability to interpret complex portfolio data and provide meaningful insights.
A deep understanding of organisational dynamics, priorities, and culture.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exceptional time management skills.
Proficiency in portfolio tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Microsoft PPM) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
