About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Office Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted source of information for our transformation initiatives, providing accurate and timely insights to support confident decision-making at all levels of the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are aligned with our strategic goals, stakeholders are engaged, and our efforts are optimised for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's transformation activities and their impact.
- Create and maintain a centralised and transparent view of all initiatives.
- Provide Senior leadership with the right information, at the right time, to make informed decisions.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consistent, reliable, and actionable information.
- Track and report on resources and budgets to ensure they are optimised.
- Enhance portfolio management practices and promote innovation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in project portfolio analysis, particularly within transformation initiatives.
- The ability to interpret complex portfolio data and provide meaningful insights.
- A deep understanding of organisational dynamics, priorities, and culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in portfolio tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project, Microsoft PPM) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
