We are currently searching for a Bilingual Community Outreach Advisor I to guide implementation for all fraternal programs, activities and initiatives to grow and retain members in a specific marketing region. We are looking for someone to: Identifies opportunities that provide sales leads and drive membership growth in accordance with our shared commitment to family, community, and country Supports regional initiatives in partnership with the Regional Director’s strategic vision and plan Promotes national marketing initiatives on a regional level through multiple channels including social media Seeks out and develops relationships with community organizations, key influencers, and media outlets Supports membership engagement events through the WoodmenLife chapter system and in partnership with local Sales force Makes formal presentations when necessary to small and large audiences and key stakeholders Coordinates all large-scale regional events, including scouting, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, registration, and on-site event management Maintains required reporting structures using WoodmenLife guidelines, including financial, chapter activity, and program reporting Liaises with financial institutions and state and local government agencies under direction of management to represent the interests of chapters and WoodmenLife Ensures accuracy of data reporting for regional outreach programs, and guides chapters on best practices and stewardship of funds Provides expertise and valuable feedback to management teams as a team member and/or team leader for an effective outreach program Aligns volunteer and Sales force training with current and new business initiatives and contributes to the design, development, and implementation of training curriculum to address business needs. Executes national program and member extras training to regional members and Sales Representatives Reports monthly expenditures, mileage and tracking to comply with budget expectations We need someone who has: Prefer Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in communications, marketing, public relations or related field or equivalent experience Demonstrated commitment to philanthropy and community betterment Excellent written, verbal, in person and virtual communication skills Ability to establish rapport and credibility quickly and effectively Adaptable attitude, a self-starter and creative Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work an irregular job schedule, including nights and weekends, and overnight travel when required Demonstrated ability to manage a monthly expense budget Ability to work independently and effectively to meet goals Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work across organization with all stakeholders and to foster positive working relationships Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) The ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S.T.A.R.) customer service Engages well with others and are passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred WoodmenLife offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package.
