QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of Catholic social teachings and ability to effectively represent pro-life values.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations and logistics for mobile or community-based programs.
- Knowledge of computers and technology for data management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, other employees, organizations and the public are required.
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in healthcare management, social work, public health, or a related field.
- Three years of program management or leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid CO driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of insurance required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequent travel within the community to oversee mobile unit operations and attend events.
- Requires the ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work is performed in a variety of environments, including the mobile clinic, office settings, and outdoor locations.
- Travel is frequent within the Archdiocese of Denver, Marisol Health service areas.
COMPENSATION BENEFITS:
Salary: $$57,000 - $60,000 per hour (full-time) 40 hours per week

Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.
