Care Partners is seeking two compassionate, Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants OR caregivers to join our growing team!

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1 year experience in patient care in a home health, long term care, hospice and/or acute care setting.

Must be able to read, write, verbally report important information about patients.

Current BLS certification

Possess valid state driver�s license and reliable automobile and be willing to operate personal car necessitated by nature of job.

Proof of current automobile insurance with minimum state financial responsibility limits

Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to operate a desktop and laptop computer.
-
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
-
Ability to climb stairs and to provide services in a patient�s home environment.
-
Ability to lift, pull, push, and manipulate equipment and patients which requires strength, gross motor and fine motor coordination.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Assist patients in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair, and assist patients in and out of bed and with ambulation.
Schedule: Usual hours fall within the 7:45-5, Monday through Friday work week.
* Employee will be eligible for a $1000 bonus following the first of the month of their one-year anniversary. Additionally, employee must be considered in good standing with the organization and have a favorable employment record.
*Preferred applicant will be asked to pass a background check and drug screen following a job offer.
**New employees are required to complete tuberculosis screening and provide proof of hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination.
