Program Management (40%)
<\/p>
- Oversee daily operations of various programs, including health and wellness centers, transitional housing, youth housing, harm reduction, and HIV testing.
<\/li> - Oversee peer counseling, resource navigation, and non -medical case management.
<\/li> - Oversee harm reduction materials and education concerning safer sex and overdose prevention.
<\/li> - Provide essential services such as food, laundry, transportation, and companionship.
<\/li> - Support annual program operations budget and hiring plan.
<\/li> - Develop strategies for program growth and expansion.
<\/li> - Maintain contact with key public and private sector individuals.
<\/li> - Represent MSH at public functions and make effective presentations.
<\/li> - Program Development and Implementation<\/b>: Design, develop, and implement new program initiatives and improve existing ones.
<\/li> - Ability to step in and assist in programmatic areas as needed.
<\/li><\/ul>Personnel Management (25%)
<\/h4>
- Supervise Housing Program Manager and Harm Reduction Manager.
<\/li>
Conduct employee evaluations and handle grievances and employee appeals.
<\/li>Ensure staff coverage for MSH facilities.
<\/li><\/ul>Compliance and Reporting (15%)
<\/h4>
Assist with accurate and timely data reporting.
<\/li>Maintain accurate visitor and client records.
<\/li>Oversee case management chart reviews and incident reporting system.
<\/li>Monitor bed usage and prepare monthly reports.
<\/li>Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and contracts.
<\/li><\/ul>Professional Development (10%)
<\/h4>
Develop and implement training and operational documentation.
<\/li>Encourage continuing education and training for staff.
<\/li>Develop professional relationships and explore partnerships that expand the organization's mission.
<\/li><\/ul>Crisis Intervention (10%)
<\/h4>
Respond to staff requests for crisis management assistance.
<\/li>Assess potential crises and utilize resources to de -escalate situations.
<\/li><\/ul>Required Education and Experience
<\/h3>
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
<\/li>Minimum of five (5) years of supervision and management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications and Skills

Requirements<\/h3>
Bachelor's Degree is required, experience equivalency may be considered instead of a degree.
<\/div>Driver License: Valid, with no violation within the last two years.
<\/div>Five years of program Management experience.
