We’re a survivor -centered, trauma -informed collaborative that brings together agencies and community partners under one roof to provide life -changing support for individuals and families impacted by intimate partner abuse. And we need <\/span>you<\/span> to be the welcoming, organized, and compassionate first point of contact for those seeking help.<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/p>
As our <\/span>Guest Navigator<\/span>, you’ll be the go -to person at the front desk, helping survivors connect with the resources they need while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You’ll:<\/span>
<\/p>
Greet every visitor with warmth and compassion, making sure they feel safe and supported.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with partner organizations to match guests with the right services.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Use trauma -informed communication to help individuals in crisis navigate their next steps.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Manage front desk operations, answer calls, and schedule intake appointments.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Keep things running smoothly—whether it’s organizing the waiting area, handling mail, or making sure our interview rooms are fully stocked.<\/span>

Oversee building security protocols to ensure safety for all guests and staff.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Help clients with transportation and assist in coordinating food donations and other resources.<\/span>

Hours:<\/span> 30 -34 hours per week<\/span>

Pay:<\/span> $21 - $21.50 per hour<\/span>

Fluent in Spanish<\/span> (strongly preferred) to better serve our diverse community.<\/span>

What You Bring<\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/p>
A <\/span>Bachelor’s Degree<\/span> (or equivalent lived/work experience in a related field).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience working with diverse communities and individuals who have experienced trauma.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
A strong understanding of the impact of oppression and the dynamics of domestic violence.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Dependability, resilience, and the ability to stay focused in a fast -moving environment.<\/span>
