Essential Functions:<\/b>

Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to recommend and implement programmatic improvements and expansions.

Provide trauma -informed, culturally sensitive leadership to staff and partners.
<\/p><\/li>
Oversee partner relationships to ensure effective victim/survivor service delivery.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate regular communication strategies, including weekly partner check -ins and email updates.
<\/p><\/li>
Facilitate regular partner and team meetings to maintain service quality and address areas for improvement.
<\/p><\/li>
Organize quarterly All Partner Team meetings in collaboration with leadership.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct onboarding for new partner staff, including FJC model orientation and operational protocols.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain and update partner schedules and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) annually.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify training needs and coordinate cross -collaborative learning opportunities such as Lunch & Learns.
<\/p><\/li>
Disseminate relevant research, tools, and best practices across partners.
<\/p><\/li>
Cultivate new community partnerships and evaluate off -site partnership opportunities.
<\/p><\/li>
Create and coordinate partner well -being initiatives to support engagement and mitigate burnout.
<\/p><\/li>
Lead special projects, such as Strangulation Protocol and Sexual Assault service enhancements.
<\/p><\/li>
Collect, track, and analyze data from partner agencies to inform quality improvements and grant reporting.
<\/p><\/li>
Develop partner evaluation tools, surveys, and anecdotal data collection methods.
<\/p><\/li>
Work collaboratively with leadership to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace.

Required Education and Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s degree in a human services -related field
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising staff, volunteers, or interns
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of domestic violence dynamics, trauma -informed care, and motivational interviewing
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with human service delivery systems and the criminal justice system related to domestic and sexual violence
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in leading diverse stakeholder meetings
