<\/div>QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT<\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology
or a related field.<\/span>
<\/li>A relevant professional certification, COREN, NSE, is
preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>Minimum of 3 -4 years experience in construction project
supervision, facility management, or infrastructure development, preferably in a multi -site
environment.<\/span>
<\/li>Experience in managing vendor contracts, site inspections,
and repair/maintenance coordination across multiple locations.<\/span>
<\/li>Familiarity with procurement procedures and budgeting for
capital projects.<\/span>
<\/li>Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).<\/span>
<\/li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and
accountability.<\/span>
<\/li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.<\/span>
<\/li>Good communication and reporting skills, both verbal and
written.<\/span>
<\/li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Nigeria.
