Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Modify teaching methods, tools, and materials to suit special needs learners<\/b> (visual, hearing, intellectual, physical disabilities).

Encourage the development of life skills and soft skills<\/b> (communication, teamwork, time management).
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive workshop/classroom environment.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain training records, progress reports, and provide regular feedback to trainees and parents/guardians.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with rehabilitation specialists, therapists, and employers<\/b> for holistic development and placement support.
<\/p><\/li>
Facilitate exposure visits, internships, and on -the -job training<\/b> opportunities.

Motivate trainees to build confidence and pursue independent living/employment.
