The Sr. Officer for the AI for All initiative in Hyderabad will be
responsible for leading capacity -building efforts for teachers and ensuring
high -quality delivery of the AI curriculum in classrooms. This includes
facilitating teacher trainings, conducting classroom observations, customizing
learning activities to the local context, and providing pedagogical support for
low -resource environments, effective classroom engagement, and teacher
confidence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
1.Teacher Training and Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Conduct structured
training sessions for school teachers on Basic and Advanced AI curriculum
modules, including tools like OCR, speech -to -speech translation, object
recognition, and image generation.<\/span>
<\/li>Support teachers
in lesson planning and classroom delivery, simplifying AI concepts for
students with minimal digital exposure.<\/span>
<\/li>Provide continuous
mentorship through school visits, calls, and group sessions, addressing
challenges and offering practical classroom strategies.<\/span>
<\/li>Evaluate teacher
progress through informal assessments and observation, refining training
content to meet evolving needs.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>2.Curriculum Delivery and Adaptation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Ensure AI content
is delivered in an engaging, hands -on manner aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF
2023.<\/span>
<\/li>Design and adapt classroom
activities that contextualize AI through real -life examples and local
relevance.<\/span>
<\/li>Support teachers
in integrating practical applications of AI into regular subjects to
improve student understanding and enthusiasm.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>3.Project Coordination and Monitoring<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Collaborate with
the Project Coordinator and Field Officers to ensure smooth curriculum
rollout.<\/span>
<\/li>Participate in planning
and logistics for training sessions, Chip Camps, and career awareness
events.<\/span>
<\/li>Maintain detailed school -level
records including teacher participation, session feedback, and learning
outcomes.<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct regular observation
visits to ensure high -quality curriculum delivery and share feedback for
program refinement.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>4.Data Collection and Reporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Track teacher
performance, session effectiveness, and classroom engagement using defined
templates and tools.<\/span>
<\/li>Contribute to monthly
and quarterly reporting by documenting learnings, highlights, and
implementation challenges.<\/span>
<\/li>Assist in generating
insights for program iteration, scaling, and curriculum enhancement.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>5.Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Build and sustain relationships
with school leaders, teachers, and government education officials to
ensure teacher participation and program continuity.<\/span>
<\/li>Represent the
training and classroom support aspects of the program in local review
meetings and teacher clusters.<\/span>
<\/li>Provide inputs to
the project team on teacher and school readiness, support needs, and
community -level dynamics.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>6.Resource and Content Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Guide effective
use of AI toolkits, tablets, and digital materials provided to schools.<\/span>
<\/li>Support teachers
and students in using beginner -friendly, open -source AI tools,
troubleshooting issues where needed.<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate with
the project team to ensure timely delivery and availability of learning
materials.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Desired Qualification:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, STEM, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/li>3–5 years of experience in teacher training, content delivery, or
education program implementation preferably in STEM, technology domains or
vocational subjects.<\/span>
<\/li>Prior experience working in government or low -resource schools is
strongly preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>Hands -on familiarity with AI tools and platforms suited for
educational use (e.g., OCR tools, image/speech recognition apps,
translation tools).<\/span>
<\/li>Knowledge of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and National
Curriculum Framework (NCF 2023) is an advantage.<\/span>
<\/li>Comfortable conducting both group workshops and one -on -one
mentoring.<\/span>
