The Relief Collective is Islamic Relief Canada's charity shop, providing an online platform for supporters to contribute to breaking the cycle of poverty through purchasing rightsholder products and merchandise. The proceeds from the Relief Collective go directly towards supporting our projects and programs worldwide.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Charity E-commerce Specialistis responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Relief Collective, ensuring smooth management of inventory, order fulfillment, product development, and marketing execution.
This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, creative thinking, and strategic marketing insight to ensure the shop remains both mission-aligned and commercially effective. The Charity Shop Specialist will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to streamline processes, strengthen brand presence, and maximize the shop’s impact.
