What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and monitor records, processes, and systems. Identify products/processes that are compromised and take appropriate action.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff and educate team and operations staff on quality principles and regulatory requirements.
- Stop the manufacture, testing and distribution of products and services if the process or product is compromised.
- Lead operating entities in preparing for, hosting, and closing out internal and external inspections and audits as necessary.
- Participate in and function as the quality assurance lead for meetings and projects to identify quality issues, opportunities for standardization and process improvements and monitors change for effectiveness.
- Represent quality assurance in change control, standardization, and consolidation activities to ensure implementation occurs in a state of compliance with no adverse impact.
