Overview:
The Senior Lead, Social Impact is responsible for leading the strategic design, execution, and monitoring of the Group’s social impact initiatives across ASEAN. The role is instrumental in aligning these initiatives with the Group’s business objectives, social impact commitments, and long-term sustainability goals with a strong focus on financial inclusion, community empowerment, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Programme Management
Lead the Group’s social impact strategy and ensure its integration into the broader sustainability and business agenda.
Design and implement high-impact, scalable programmes, including flagship initiatives, that address financial inclusion and community development.
Align initiatives with global sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and internal ESG targets.
Monitoring, Impact Assessment & Reporting
Drive outcome-based impact analysis and ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and communication of social impact progress to the Board and relevant stakeholders.
Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in all social impact efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, community groups, and business units to co-create impactful programmes.
Build cross-functional partnerships that enhance programme effectiveness and visibility.
Team Leadership & Innovation

This role reports directly to the Head, Social Impact.
