DescriptionThe Kynector position is responsible for providing accurate and unbiased information to help residents of Central Kentucky understand and enroll in the Kentucky Health Benefits Information Exchange (KHBIE) and select a health plan of their choice through one-on-one interactions, group presentations, public events or activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required. College degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is preferred.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, databases, and internet and e communications are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of community social services, business organizations, agencies, and resources in the region is preferred.
- Knowledge of rural and urban populations, particularly of the county assigned is preferred.
- Excellent oral and public speaking, and written communications skills required.
- Working knowledge of management information systems is preferred.
