Senior Leadership Support Coordinator
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up and play a key role at the heart of our organisation. As our Senior Leadership Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Chief Executive, Board and Senior Leadership Team, helping shape how we move forward and keeping our most important priorities on track.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with senior leaders, and wants to make a meaningful impact. You’ll bring strong organisation skills, be super smart with technology, have great communication, and confidence working with people at all levels. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys being the steady hand that keeps things aligned and moving.
What the role is about
You’ll be the go‑to person who helps our leadership team stay focused, informed, and connected. While this role includes some administrative and governance support, it’s much more than that — it’s about joining the dots, keeping momentum, and enabling effective decision‑making across our organisation.
You will:
- Partner with the Chief Executive and senior leaders to coordinate priorities and follow through on actions
- Keep leadership decisions visible and ensure progress stays on track
- Support planning and reporting across organisational strategies and milestones
- Coordinate Board and governance processes such as agendas, papers, minutes, and action logs
- Bring clarity and structure to leadership meetings and forums
- Keep an overview across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Champion smarter systems and tools that make our work easier
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
What you will bring:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or governance groups in a coordination or operational role
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to keep sight of the big picture
- Clear and confident communication, written and verbal
- Good judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters
- Confidence using digital tools and improving processes
