ABOUT THE ROLE:
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Multi-site (Moderate Travel Required)
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Services to lead operations across multiple dialysis facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures compliance, delivers exceptional patient care, and drives operational efficiency and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations for multiple dialysis units
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
- Mentor and manage Nurse Managers
- Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets
- Manage financial performance and cost containment
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive growth
- MSN required; DNP preferred
- Moderate travel (20–25%)
