Vocational Visions is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Program Lead to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in supported employment, paid internships, and community-based job placements. This is a hands-on, meaningful role ideal for candidates who want long-term impact, stability, and growth in the human services field.
Position Summary
The SE Program Lead is primarily responsible for providing administrative support associated with the Supported Employment program. This position also supports participants in developing workplace skills, independence, and self-advocacy while collaborating with employers, families, and service coordinators to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures production and attendance records are accurate and complete
- Completes monthly and quarterly reports
- Maintains Supported Employment monthly outcomes reports
- Prepares and processes monthly billing for Regional Center of Orange County and Montage Hotels
- Ensures weekly timesheets for group sites are accurate and added to Paycom
- Processes CIE billing to Regional Center of Orange County
- Provides support and assistance to full and part time, as well as substitute job coaches, in order to facilitate the optimal functioning of all job sites
- Provides on-going administrative support as needed to ensure the Supported Employment program continues to meet accreditation as outlined by CARF
- Gives back-up support to the Supported Employment Program manager and assistant manager in order to maintain accurate records and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintains records for persons served evaluations, including file review and maintenance
- Assists in preparing persons served monthly reports for Regional Center of Orange County
- Conducts monthly site visits to staff in the community to ensure follow through and completion of program documentation
- Provides job coach support to persons served at various employment sites as needed

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, registered, and insured personal vehicle
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, documentation systems)
- Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and TB screening
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
- Coursework or background in psychology, social services, education, or guidance
- Prior job coaching, vocational training, or supported employment experience
- Experience providing instruction, coaching, or supervision in a work setting
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- This is a primarily sedentary role, with employee working in a controlled office environment
- Ability to answer phone calls, bend, reach, push, pull, and assist with work-related tasks.
- This position uses a computer terminal to access input and retrieve data.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Work performed in community job sites and employment environments
