Position Overview
Seeking a Senior-Level Programmer to support application development and maintenance for Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo systems.

The position requires strong experience developing secure public-facing .NET web applications and working in structured, version-controlled environments.
Core Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate programming projects

Develop and maintain secure .NET public websites

Perform SQL / PL-SQL database development

Write and maintain technical documentation

Implement and test application enhancements

Support version control and release processes

Provide technical assistance to functional teams

Ensure compliance with agency standards and security practices
Required Experience (8+ Years)

SQL or PL/SQL

Software version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites

C#, ASP.NET (minimum 2 years in .NET 8.0 or higher)
