What you'll do:
- Donor Data, Gift Processing & Reporting
- Perform timely, accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance of donor records
- Process and track all gifts and pledges across all types of giving and recognition protocols across communities.
- Ensure prompt donor acknowledgments aligned with stewardship standards
- Administrative, Operational & Executive Support
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Foundation team
- Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for donors, volunteers, and partners.
- Support donor outreach, stewardship calls, and small fundraising initiatives
- Communications, Storytelling & Donor-Centered Messaging
- Assist with appeals, campaigns, list segmentation, and mailings
- Draft donorâcentered materials, impact stories, and event communications
- Event Coordination and Fundraising Portfolio Management
- Help plan and execute Foundation events and donor gatherings
- Manage a small donor portfolio with stewardship and followâup
- Document donor interactions and support moves management
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or team support experience (nonprofit/fundraising experience a plus)
- Experience with donor CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge/NXT strongly preferred)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with outreach calls
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment with timeâsensitive tasks
