Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute the institutional sales plan in line with overall business objectives and targets.
• Identify new institutional business opportunities and pursue them to conversion.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, investment presentations, and bids to institutional clients.
• Ensure alignment of sales activities with product strategy and investment capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional clients and prospects.
• Understand client mandates and deliver customized investment solutions that address their portfolio requirements.
• Provide ongoing service, including investment performance updates, portfolio reviews, and responses to client queries.
Team Leadership
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to institutional sales team members.
• Foster a results-driven culture and ensure team targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead training and development initiatives for team members to enhance technical and client service skills.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Interface with internal teams such as Investment, Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
• Represent the firm at industry events and maintain relationships with regulators, trustees, and consultants.
Sales Reporting & Compliance
• Monitor and report institutional sales pipeline, performance metrics, and AUM growth.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
