Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) and Aging in America (AIA) are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven leader to guide major gifts fundraising and oversee a mission‑aligned grantmaking portfolio. This unique role blends donor engagement, philanthropic strategy, and Board partnership across two organizations committed to strengthening communities.
You'll cultivate and steward major donors for CMCS, manage a high‑impact grantmaking program for AIA, and serve as a trusted liaison to CMCS's Board of Directors. From crafting compelling cases for support to shaping equitable funding decisions, you'll drive meaningful impact and help chart the future of both entities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social sciences or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in grantmaking, philanthropic program management, development or major gifts fundraising.
