DescriptionThe Lead Licensed Social Worker provides advanced clinical leadership, direct client care, and case management oversight within the program. This role combines hands-on client support with team leadership, quality assurance, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and outcomes-driven services. The Lead Social Worker serves as a subject-matter expert, mentor, and resource for staff while maintaining a manageable caseload.

Position Requirements:

Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMSW

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

3–5+ years of social work or case management experience, preferably in crisis, shelter, or community-based settings.

Prior experience providing clinical guidance or informal supervision strongly preferred.

Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.

Knowledge of community resources, housing systems, and public benefits.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with direct service.
