The Hub Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision to Hub Clinicians, ensuring quality services are delivered in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. This role involves both clinical and administrative supervision of HUB Clinicians, with responsibility for ensuring all required reports and administrative tasks are completed within established timelines. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide brief clinical services directly to students and families through in-person and telehealth modalities before, during, and/or after school hours.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Clinical Supervisor meets weekly with clinicians for supervision and is expected to provide clinical services both in person and through telehealth to students. Clinical services include screening, brief interventions, facilitating treatment referrals, school consultation, and making necessary referrals to community supports as needed. The Clinical Supervisor is also expected to work a combination of before, during, and after school hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide brief clinical services
- Liaison with school personnel
- Directs the clinical supervision of NJ4S clinical staff with the goal of assuring appropriate and quality service delivery
- Facilitate clinical growth of staff
- Provides Clinical Leadership
- Ensure delivery of quality clinical and social services
- Provides appropriate information, referral and advocacy services to students/parents
- Assists with program planning and implementation
- Assists with recruitment of staff as authorized
- Edits and approves clinical reports and case files produced by subsidiary staff, as needed Promote program services in community
- Morale building

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Computer literacy, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
