DescriptionTo provide administrative support to the CUA team, including the Program Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors and Community Liaison. This person reports directly to CUA Office Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
- Three years administrative experience.
- Strong professional communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English.
- Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented.
- Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and visitors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required.
- Ability to accurately type at the rate of at least 55 words per minute.
