Position Summary
The Operations Manager supports the Associate Director of Operations by leading and executing core operational activities that enable effective supply chain performance, system reliability, and operational scalability. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational processes, tools, and data support organizational priorities and can adapt as departmental needs evolve.
The Operations Manager partners across Operations and other internal teams to improve efficiency, maintain operational accuracy, and support initiatives that strengthen execution, visibility, and long‑term effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution
- Support day‑to‑day operational activities that enable effective execution across the Operations function.
- Partner with Operations leadership to implement priorities, timelines, and operational plans.
- Provide flexible operational support across initiatives as departmental needs evolve.
Operational Coordination
- Support supply chain, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure operational readiness and continuity.
- Coordinate operational efforts across systems, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support execution goals.
- Identify operational risks or constraints and escalate appropriately.
Systems Enablement
- Maintain accurate operational records and data across Salesforce and related systems.
- Support operational system enhancements, documentation, and adoption of new tools or workflows.
- Partner with Operations leadership on automation opportunities and process improvements.
Performance Reporting
- Support operational reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen execution, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Contribute to operational readiness for new initiatives, programs, or organizational changes.
Basic Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, information technology, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain related roles.
Additional Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and operational recommendations.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and building dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Skilled at handling several projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality results.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
