Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 1-2 years’ experience completing clerical/administrative duties preferred.
- CCTV experience preferred..
Preferred Education/Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 1-2 years working with clients experiencing homelessness.
- A minimum of 1-2 years working with survivors and families experiencing intimate partner violence/family violence.
- A minimum of 1-2 years demonstrating expertise in trauma informed practices and advocacy services.
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
- Advanced attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality regarding business and staff information
- Intermediate ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Working Hours/Environment
- Monday – Friday, 9a-5p
- Work performed typically in a shelter environment; fully on-site with no remote/hybrid option.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field: or an equivalent combination of education and experiences.
- Experience in working with persons who commit intimate partner violence.
- Experience managing a high caseload volume.
Licenses/Credentials/Certifications
- MSW, LSW preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge base about the dynamics of domestic violence and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and the ability to manage work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Ability to show good judgment, maintain appropriate/professional boundaries, and follow through.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse socioeconomic and ethnic/racial backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain highest confidentiality standards according to social service best practices, relevant licensing mandates and policies of the YWCA Greater Cincinnati.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working Hours/Environment
- Flexible hybrid schedule with a combination of on-site and remote work, as approved by the supervisor.

- Company computer, copier, fax/scanner, personal phone, and other typical office equipment
Travel
- As required with respect to job responsibilities and business needs (home visits, community visits, meetings off-site, etc.). Receive mileage reimbursement.
