From in-office sessions to home and community-based services, we utilize a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges through evidence-based practices. Some Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff, oversee caseloads, and guide new employee onboarding.
- Conduct regular supervision and provide consultation on complex cases.
- Promote a positive, strengths-based workplace culture that aligns with NorthCare’s mission.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, review clinical documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent NorthCare with community stakeholders and contribute to expanding service capacity.
- Ensure compliance with all CCBHC, ODMHSAS, and contractual guidelines.

QualificationsQualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP).
- Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Practitioner (AODTP) Certification required or willing to obtain.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Passion for integrated, recovery-focused, and culturally competent care.
- CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license/insurance and reliable transportation.
