Pay: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation, with progression up to £13.30 at your own pace.

About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Outreach service in Glasgow, which is a mixture of supporting individuals in their own homes and supporting in the community.
Our dynamic Outreach service currently supports autistic adults in a range of social, learning, and community-based activities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Each person benefits from a personalised programme of support tailored to their unique needs, providing structure, consistency, and, for some, assistance with personal care and daily living tasks.
About the Role:
As an Autism Practitioner, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:
·Developing and implementing personalised support plans.
·Building positive, trusting relationships.
·Empowering individuals to make choices using their preferred communication methods.
·Supporting participation in activities such as local events, day trips, and holidays.
·Assisting with everyday tasks such as managing finances and maintaining their home.
·Promoting life skills and providing personal care where required.
·Partnering with stakeholders to ensure each person’s life goals and aspirations are always at the heart of their care.

Successful Applicants Should
·Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
·Be flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
·Previous experience in a care or support setting is advantageous but not essential, full training is provided.
