This person is the first point of contact for all residents and donors, and will support the Philanthropy & Engagement team in a wide range of activities, projects and events focused on resident/donor engagement. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proficient in MS Office Suite, and has knowledge of and experience in donor database management. Experience coordinating volunteers is also a plus.
Minimum qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with senior adults or in a retirement community or healthcare setting
