We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and resilient Support Workers to join a supported housing team. You will work with vulnerable adults including individuals experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, young people and victims of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities - Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Support residents with independent living skills, budgeting, appointments, and daily routines
- Build positive professional relationships and promote engagement with support services
- Carry out support plans, risk assessments, and wellbeing checks
- Encourage residents to achieve personal goals and maintain tenancy agreements
- Work collaboratively with external agencies including mental health services, probation, social services, and substance misuse teams
- Maintain accurate records and case notes
- Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times
About You - Experience working in supported accommodation services, providing support to vulnerable adults or young people is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT and report writing skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes
- Holds an enhanced DBS and a UK driving licence with access to a car.
