Resident Services Assistant (Caregiver)

Job Purpose:
Be the heart of our care team. As a Resident Services Assistant, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day by supporting residents with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship. Your compassion, patience, and teamwork help residents maintain their independence while feeling valued, safe, and at home.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, mobility, and hygiene.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition.
• Provide medication assistance and health monitoring as delegated and trained.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal support.
• Foster positive relationships through respectful, person-centered care and conversation.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with calm professionalism.
What You’ll Need:
• Compassion for older adults and a desire to make a difference.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
Pay & Perks:
• Starting at $16 +/hr (non-certified) and $18.25 +/hr (CNA) — based on experience.
• Shift Differentials:
– PM + $0.85
– Weekend + $1.00
– NOC + $1.25
– PM Weekend + $1.85
– NOC Weekend + $2.25
• $1,200 Sign-On Bonus – $600 after 90 days and another $600 after 6 months.
Available Schedules:
• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• PM Shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
• NOC Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
Includes every other weekend rotation.
