not -for -profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We
work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups
with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team
of above 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable

About the Role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>We are
looking for a proactive <\/span><\/span>Associate – Jobs Board & Outreach<\/span><\/span><\/b> to support
employer and candidate engagement on our jobs platform. The role involves
working closely with startup founders, hiring managers, and academic
institutions to facilitate talent connections and support on -boarding
activities. The associate will play a key role in building relationships with
startups and universities while supporting outreach and lead generation
efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>Support the <\/span><\/span>on<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> -boarding of employers
and candidates<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> on the jobs board platform.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Reach out to <\/span><\/span>startup
founders and hiring managers<\/span><\/span><\/b> to generate leads and encourage job
postings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Connect with <\/span><\/span>placement officers of colleges and universities<\/span><\/span><\/b> to build a strong candidate pipeline.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Conduct <\/span><\/span>outreach and follow -ups<\/span><\/span><\/b> with startups and
ecosystem partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Maintain and update <\/span><\/span>tracking sheets and outreach databases<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Support <\/span><\/span>partnerships and ecosystem engagement
activities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> related to the jobs board<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>Bachelor’s degree in <\/span><\/span>business, communications, management,
or a related field<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>1–3 years of experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> in
outreach, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Experience working with <\/span><\/span>job portals such as Naukri, Indeed,
or similar recruitment platforms<\/span><\/span><\/b> will be an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
