We are looking for an AI Product Delivery Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery while actively shaping client engagements and solution direction. This role requires a balance of delivery ownership, AI understanding, and strong client engagement — translating complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions — from problem framing and use case identification through to development, deployment, and adoption
- Work directly with clients to understand business needs, identify opportunities for AI, and define clear solution approaches and roadmaps
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions (e.g. LLM applications, RAG-based systems, agentic workflows), working closely with engineering and data teams to drive execution
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across data science, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, including onshore and offshore delivery models
- Drive delivery execution by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, simplifying complex AI concepts and guiding stakeholders through trade-offs, constraints, and implementation considerations
- Ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with enterprise data, architecture, and governance requirements
- Track solution performance, user adoption, and business impact, and drive continuous iteration based on real-world feedback
- Support business development activities working closely with senior leadership, including shaping proposals, defining solution approaches, and contributing to new opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, trends, and practical implementation strategies
