Responsibilities

The Donor Relations Associate is responsible for executing a broad range of donor relations and stewardship activities supporting the Office of Philanthropy. This is a key position on the team that will serve as the main driver of accurate and high-quality data, responsible for carrying out strategies to engage and cultivate donors through donor relations, stewardship, and recognition. These efforts include, but are not limited to, fundraising and stewardship events, donor acknowledgement, fund balance tracking for impact reports and database support.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 5 years of related professional experience may be substituted for education and experience

Experience

• 3 years of experience in fund development preferred

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
