Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Leads

HQ in Phnom Penh, Frequent Travels to Provinces (Kep, Kampot, SHV, Koh Kong)

Responsibilities

Lead, design, and implement entrepreneurship-building initiatives
Build partnerships with government agencies, development partners, corporate partners, experts, and marine fishery value chain actors
Collaborate closely with start-ups, MSMEs, community-protected areas, and fishery communities in coastal areas
Review and evaluate funding proposals for cultural promotions, capacity upgrading, business networking, access to the market, and financing
Monitor funding program progress and ensure fund requirements are met
Lead preparation of program implementation reports and consolidate success stories
Organize and coordinate programs, including agenda proposals, invitations to stakeholders, and event management
Handle other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

Experience in project administration, implementation, and management
Experience working with fishery communities (CFi), community protected areas (CPA), or sustainable coastal initiatives
Experience working with development partners and government agencies

Qualification

Minimum bachelors degree
